OPERATION

Packing is conducted in two stages: initial splicing and envelope shaping.

First stage - initial splicing (manual operation).

Wrap box in a polypropylene film so that the box is located strictly on centre of film.

then, having clutched a polypropylene film with forefingers from both sides

and lower it down to the table, while pressing to the microswitch and to the thermo plate. The film is cut and stuck in this moment. And cylindrical rod pulls a film back in order it not to impede. Keep in this position for 0.5-1 seconds.
Second stage - envelope shaping and sticking.

fold a film from shorter edges to the butt end with forefingers and, keeping in such position fold a film from longer edge to the butt end with thumbs

in this position, keeping folded flap with two forefingers, lower the butt end to table. Then move the box forward in vertical position while withdrawing fingers from the butt end

bring a box closer to the thermo plate

convert it into a horizontal position rather quickly and press to the thermo plate. Wait for about half a second to secure a safe sticking

After this operation you have a box with an initial splicing and one stuck flap on one butt end. Then you have to stick another flap of the same butt end. Then, third and fourth flap on an opposite butt end. Total packing time is 15-20 seconds. For more detailed information please watch Movie.
